MYOB and Xero offer a wide range of accounting software with many different features. Many products now have automatic bank feeds, so that data from your bank is automatically downloaded into your accounting software.
Calxa is specialised reporting software that can be used with MYOB or Xero.
So, which should you choose? Well, it comes down to your type of business and your budget.

All Xero products are web based and described as "beautiful software." This is because they look good and are easy to learn. Your bank account information is loaded automatically into your Xero software and because Xero has built-in intelligence, it remembers how to code information saving you time and effort.
Small - up to five invoices and purchases each month and up to 20 bank transactions
Medium - 100s of invoices, purchases and bank transactions each month
Large - the same as Medium plus a multi-currency feature.
Software for a range of functions, like point of sale, payroll and inventory, can be linked to Xero.
